Scope

These terms apply to the internal software tools of Eloya Proyects S.L. ("Eloya"), including the tool that uploads and manages advertising videos on YouTube. These tools are proprietary, are used exclusively by Eloya's own team to serve its advertising clients, and are not distributed, sold or made available to the public.

Use of YouTube API Services

The tools use YouTube API Services. By authorising a tool to access a YouTube channel you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy.

What the tools do

With the explicit authorisation of the channel owner, the tools list the videos of the channel, change the privacy status of videos uploaded by Eloya, and, where permitted by Google, upload advertising videos as unlisted. The tools do not publish content publicly and do not act on channels that have not authorised them.

Authorisation and revocation

Access is granted only through Google's OAuth consent screen and can be revoked at any time from the Google security settings page. Eloya will stop using the revoked access immediately and will delete the related stored data as described in our Privacy page.

Acceptable use

The tools may only be used on channels that Eloya owns or manages, with the owner's permission, and in accordance with the YouTube API Services Developer Policies and applicable law. Any use that infringes the rights of others or breaks YouTube's policies is prohibited.

No warranty and liability

The tools are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Eloya is not liable for indirect damages arising from their use.

Termination

Eloya may suspend or end the use of any tool at any time. Google may suspend or terminate API access if a tool is non-compliant.
